It has passed 60 years since YAKITORI MIYAGAWA started its yakitori-ya (grilled chicken restaurant) along with the wholesale of chicken at Nihonbashi. That is the reason we can procure main and rare parts of fresh chicken, which are carefully roasted with charcoal. Furthermore, organically grown seasonal vegetables that the restaurant procures everyday are exceptionally fresh.
